It all started in Qing Qing City, China where a baby was born with the ability to light through an act of miracle or mutation we may never know. Still, after that incident, it started to spread like plaque as humanity began to manifest superpowers they called quirks. Soon the whole world developed quirks with 20% of the human population remaining quirkless those with quirks either became villains using their new abilities to benefit themselves instead of helping others. Heroes are licensed to use their Quirks to protect civilians from Villains, natural disasters, and/or any other kind of harm.

A right and just society maintained by the Hero Public Safety Commission and heroes are nothing but a facade underneath it's a cruel society that practices equality by their appearance, powers, and actions, a slight misdemeanor can have you labeled as a villain in a polarized and marginalized society. In the middle of it, the Quirkless without powers or protection is often pitied with no gifts and considered weak and worthless. However when darkness meets light a grey matter shall appear, in an attempt to balance the two sides and protect the weak a secret organization was formed in the darkness as a judge, jury, and executioner as they claim to the harbingers of death as they will smith the wicked and bringer of hope and light.

Yeah, this story will have potential mature content such as dozens of blood and stuff. But no explicit content. This story is also the first My Hero Academia fanfiction that I write and English is not my native language, so expect a lot of mistakes on my part grammatically.
