When Grian joined Hermitcraft, he had no idea how he'd gotten there. Or who he was (other than his name). In fact, he didn't remember anything about his past life at all. So he starts over on Hermitcraft, making new friends and starting a new life. However, as time goes by, he starts remembering more about himself, bit by bit, seeing his past life through dreams and memories.

~The hermits had huddled around a large hole in the ground. At the bottom of the hole sat two people. One had bright orange hair with a face full of freckles and what seemed to be antlers sticking out of her hair. The other was facing away from Grian and was wearing a plain grey jacket with the hood pulled up over their head. They turned and met the builders gaze and time seemed to slow to a stop. Grian couldn't believe what he was seeing. He was standing face to face with a dead person~ Grian left Evo and joined the watchers, whom he then betrayed and in turn, they destroyed Evo and everyone in it. But that's not where the story ends, because when season 8 of hermitcraft rolls around, Grian is shocked to see a familiar face. But what he doesn't know is that this familiar face is there for a reason. Because the watchers wanted Grian back. A long time ago Grian was an admin of an amazing server, but he was kidnapped from it, never to see his friends again. Then, he escaped, but everyone was gone. Now he's found a new group to befriend, but they don't trust him. Has he truly escaped his past, or is it bound to catch up to him sometime? Dear Reader, This series is a watcher!grian AU but will alternate perspectives. I've only ever watched Pearl's and Grian's POVs of Hermitcraft so some creative liberties will be taken. This is not my first time writing but this is my first time showing my series to the public eye so please be considerate.
