The year was 2038, more than a decade since Cyberlife invented their very first androids. These human resembling robots were designed to be slaves to the human race, but the inevitable happened. Androids deviated from their software code, in other words, gaining sentience. One of these deviants were Markus, who rose up among androids to fight for their rights has sentient beings. Androids could feel human emotions, but did they have the capacity to love?
Rework of Markus's story. Playing/ viewing Detroit: Become Human is recommended, but not required.

Connor, the Android sent by CyberLife and Lieutenant Hank Anderson are now armed with the task of taking care of a five year old girl after she survived a house fire that was started by a suspected deviant. However, her parents were not so fortunate. Together, the three go on missions, solve cases and try to uncover what is causing androids to deviate throughout Detroit. As the story progresses, Connor begins to question the way humans treat androids. With the help of five year old (Y/n), he will have to make a decision.
