MSMOC

Rules of the trade:
- Random wheel for characters
- Randowm wheel for situations
- The two characters have to both either be 18+ or both below 18. (if under 18 nothing explicit! (Obay the LAW))
- Characters will be humanoids or Monsters with a high level of intelligence.
- Personality must stay consistent however job, world, etc can change (unless strongly related to personality.
