☆If you see a symbol beside a chapter name, it means that the chapter is being changed or rewritten for any reason.
☆I have no schedule for this book, so I'll update and post whenever I can.
☆ Please inform me if I make a mistake on writing for these two (Now 3 since Sarah will be mentioned) so I can change it to make more sense.
☆This is a sequel to the fic The Devil You Know, honestly I didn't know if I should continue it but here we are. If you haven't read it go read it I guess, I dunno, do what you want.
☆Some things in this book do not follow relative canon. (Adam isn't an alternate, Jonah doesn't die, and Alt!Y/N is not having a good fun time having emotions.)
☆The reader (You) is prototype alternate variant that was created to be able to both blend in with humanity better, and be able to discard humans quickly without having to use their minds against them. This is why they both act differently to most alternates, and why they aren't completely loyal to 'Gabriel'.
