Nyx's life was perfect, amazing friends, a loving family, and a great boyfriend, but it was ripped away from her in seconds. A tragic loss of both of her parents she was forced to move on, only she can't. Her life isn't the same, she no longer loved her boyfriend and became distant with her friends. As she tries to get back into the old routine the world around her is filled with creatures that lurk beneath Mystic Falls. Ones she knows nothing about.
After centuries, Stefan Salvatore, a self-righteous and brooding brother returned to his home town, stumbling across a girl that looks all too familiar to his previous lover. He stays and falls in love with her.
Damon Salvatore, the dangerous and selfish older brother soon follows his brother back home to give him the eternal of misery just like he promised. Only to find Nyx. She's everything Katherine isn't.
What will happen when Nyx is suddenly torn between the two vampire brothers? She's pulled into the supernatural world but discovers who she really is.
Will Damon figure out why his feeling for Katherine dies while a new spark he's never felt before grows for the human girl?
What will Stefan do when it comes to his brother? Will he learn to forgive and forget? Or will the pass eat Stefan alive?
