Lapis is a regular girl. well for the most part she recently graduated from beach city high and has gotten into empire city university, surprising. Her first few trimesters in school she lived with her mom, Her mom was one of the city council members. and where they lived there was a swimming team so there was no reason for her to move. but recently she decided to start a new chapter in her life and move to an apartment in empire city, to start fresh.
