Aesira was stuck in a loop. Dancing around unanswered questions, vague dreams that gave absolutely nothing away, she was stuck with not knowing her place in life. But there was one thing she knew, and that thing was- the ridiculously huge symbol on her back had a huge role to play in her demise.

She didn't have a family, that's if you completely disregard the rogue pack, The Rebellion, she was born into. Just as she's about to lose hope, her superior gives her one task.

Just one.

This one task would determine her freedom. Sure it was an outrageously stupid task and she could tell that she was digging her own grave, she wasn't bothered. Death was better than one more day in the hell hole she lived in.

Besides, she just might meet the famous Blind Alpha.

Life gives you just one purpose and his was to protect the Moon Goddess' Oracle. The Blind Alpha wasn't what the werewolf population expected of a king. He wasn't heavily muscled, he didn't shift often, he wore too many colourful clothes- in summary, he wasn't just it.

But he was a wolf with a great purpose and an unbreakable promise to the Goddess. What happens when this so-called purpose arrives behind his curtain with the intent to murder him in cold blood?

And nothing else would matter. If it wasn't for the little girl clinging to my leg right now. That little girl that trusts me with her life, that beautiful little girl that made me hold on and not give up on life. That little girl, whose father is standing in front of me right now. He's my mate. The edges of his lips curve and he looks up and down as if checking me out. "Long time no see." Are the words that first come out of his mouth that break the silence. ~~~~~~~~~~ Lexie is an Alpha's daughter. She faces a hard few days and thinks a night at the club will help her get through this. A few drinks won't hurt, right? At least that's what she thinks. She's forced to run away and leave everyone that she still has left behind. She thinks she has no one... that's until she finds out about another heartbeat in her body. "Good having you back as a rogue" "Who exactly are you calling a rogue, Alpha?" She licked her lips. "I preferred to be referred as a Lone Wolf myself" He snorted "What brings you here?" She looked around as frowned. "It feels good, doesn't it? Knowing you stole something?" "I didn't steal anything" He seethed. "You better come back to wherever hole you crawled out of" "Oh, now, now, Alpha," She singsonged. "Jealously is a very ugly feeling" His nostrils flared. "I'm not jealous. I am Alpha" "Really?" She wiggled her eyebrows. "Is that why the aura I'm currently feeling is that of a Beta's?" "Hiding something, Alpha Callahan?" She suggested. ------‐--------------------------------------------------------------- All rights reserved; To the story, I do not own the cover. If it's someone's, please report and I'll remove it. The Choices That We Make Book 1

10 parts Complete Mature

Sarah was three weeks away from being the only Omega that she knew of to graduate from a University. She was already the only Omega to graduate from high school, middle school, and elementary school. Intelligence came naturally to Sarah so she didn't work like a slave like all of the other Omegas did. She repeatedly outwitted the higher ranking werewolves and humans. Sarah almost always got what she wanted, she just had to use her brains. When she though about her future and her only three options as an Omega (housewife, prostitute, or death), she decided she wanted a fourth option. She would have to use her intelligence to get her out of her pack and into human society which would force her to make life changing decisions. One thing was for sure, she didn't want a mate and was carefully avoiding it at all costs. Mates made everything worse. Will her choices make her even more miserable or will she find the happiness and freedom she has been looking for?
