Bad Habits (Luten)

Yukhei and Chittaphon are high school sweethearts. They started dating in high school and are now in college. They know everything about each other. At least, that's what Chittaphon thought anyway. But, there is one thing about Yukhei that Chittaphon never knew about. Yukhei smokes cigarettes and has done since the final year of high school. He never told his boyfriend because one, he smokes a non addictive brand and two, he never thought it was that big of a deal. He mainly smokes because he feels stressed. He has never told Chittaphon, but his boyfriend eventually finds out about this bad habit of his. How will Chittaphon act about this? Will he break up with Yukhei? Or will they figure something out?
