Isabelle isn't supposed to be Spiderwoman. Her entire life changed one night as a teen when she is attacked and Spiderman saves her, risking his own life. Before he dies, he gives her the bite which passes on his abilities to her. Three years later, she runs into a different, older version of the Spiderman she knew, and he absolutely hates her.
Miguel gets stressed out at the thought of the anomaly from E - 1300655506 who shouldn't be Spiderwoman at all. When he is forced to bring her back to HQ after a fight in her universe, everything changes when she is unmasked.
