Love Among the Stars (Revising and Rewriting)

Estrella Orlaide was a medic who worked for the Medical Corps, a medical legion that consisted of force sensitive medics who chose to use their force wielding abilities to heal rather than joining the Jedi Order. As one of the top medics, Estrella worked closely along with most of the Clone Battalions, even being allowed to join them on the field to help with healing the clones who were injured on the battlefield. Estrella found herself growing close with a certain few clones from the 104th, 212th, 501st, and Coruscant Guard. It wasn't until she was finally assigned to Clone Force 99 that Estrella found herself falling for three of the members of the Bad Batch: Hunter, the leader, Tech, the genius of the squad, and Crosshair, the team's sniper.

As the three members begin to take hold of a special place in Estrella's heart, Estrella soon finds her somewhat happy lifestyle changing quickly, as the Republic eventually collapses and out of the ashes, rises the new Galactic Empire. Estrella struggles with handling losing Crosshair, who chose the Empire over his brothers and his love, and the fact that almost everyone she's ever cared about is either gone, under the influnence of the Empire, or disappeared into hiding. It also doesn't help that two new women come into the Batch's lives and somehow managed to capture Tech and Hunter's eyes, making Estrella wonder if she has the worst of luck.
