Poverty is no joke. it's so sad that normal people have to live like this, in fear, not knowing when they'll get their next meals. Some kids even get sold because their family needs money. This is depressing, so many people live their lives like this, 46.9 percent of our population is in poverty.
Sadly this is the case with Maria Gonzàlez and her family. They live in Guatemala, Maria lives with her mom and her two brothers Mateo and Carlos. They live in a small run-down town in Guatemala. There are times when they don't have enough money.
