There was a sixteen year old girl named Anthen Draper. She was supposed to watch her brother but she didn't. He ended up dying from gun wound from a gang.

She blamed herself for his death. She tried to commit suicide, but her family stopped her. Then she meets a man. He was a sniper.His family and hers were in rival gangs. Did he kill her brother? Is he really in love with her? Will the families fight to the death or will they make peace?
