It's unheard of for Luca Caruso to be angry. It's even more unheard of for Luca to go a whole day without talking to Steve. So when a week goes by after Tina's Halloween party and Luca has not talked to Steve... everyone's really confused. But not as confused as Luca when the boys he hangs out with whenever he visits Mr. Clarke beg him to help them find a "lizard" roaming around the school.
