John Small is an antisocial relatively normal guy that happens to have supernatural abilities. but john is neither hero nor villain. When a large group of villain's attack Mutiple city's at once, the league of random heroes starts drafting people with supernatural abilities either by consent or blackmail; john being one of the latter.

After confronting Arlo and Remi in a courtyard and instigating a fight unwinnable for them, John feels the immense pressure of a power thought to be permanently gone. Facing a fight with his former friend, Seraphina, John is forced into a situation where he truly embraces the old. Unready and unwilling to change yet, John stands his ground with his years of experience propping him up to face the goddess who wants to talk. John knows what Seraphina wants, he's just not willing to give it. Second Chance
Taking his fathers words to heart, John Doe returns to Wellston with the intention of expelling himself from the hierarchy; attempting to turn over a new leaf with the ones he fought with for weeks.
