Abandoned at a young age and sent to an orphanage, Cado has spent his entire life in the large town of Glastonbury and has always yearned to be free from this place to one day see the world. But the day after his secondary school graduation found out by accident that the head of the orphanage, was planning to expel him earlier than permitted to make more space for more children. Angrily, after leaving it and school, he meets and sets free a magic broom called Shooting Star, and the two quickly bond over freedom.
