In Bonetree, South Dakota, something is stirring. The forest is hungry, and the kids are too. Years of greed has bleached the forest grey, the plains grey, the herds of bison too struggling through the clay as the colour washes like blood from their feet. This town is rotting, rotting from the inside. Those grown haunt to ruin new flesh. 

This is America.

But the forest has one last fight. One last surge of hope. The old gods, the pagan spirits of the woods see clearly through the blood and marrow. Gently with their wings they will lift up those born down from hate.

"Bye" Innana said and stepped into the portal that opened below her feet. She continued to wave as she sank into it like quick sand. She reappeared on the other side and fell to the ground. Her legs were weak and her stomach wanted to turn itself out. She could hear sirens going off. The demon was standing and stating up at sometimes. When Innana sat up she notices she was sweating and There was a smell in the air. Her heart picked up speed and she couldn't hear anything anymore. Just her breathing. She turned and was met with firemen trying to quench the flames that were coming from her apartment. "Koya!!!!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~•~~~~~~~~~•~~~~~~~~~~ Three relaxing weeks in the 6th zone, alternate world with two lovely Pixies. The two girls have decided to live together. When they get back home reality hits them hard. Innana finds her apartment in flames. who started it? The list is endless... not really. The devil is never too far away and trouble comes in any form. The slightest things could give way for it, like dishonesty, distrust, lack of Communication etc. It could come in form of an Ex-potential. It could come in form of a friend. It could come in form of a half sister. It could be the council. It could even be the human herself. Will Innana pull though everything life has to throw at her or will she go under at the same time trying to figure out her true self and who or what she really is. *Book Two Of The Federation Series* It is said that the moon goddess created supernatural beings that gain strength from the moon, creatures of the night. Werewolves were the first supernatural beings created. They were her favorite and most cherished of all the supernaturals because they were the most loyal and obedient of all her children. The moon goddess looked favorably upon the Weres, blessing them in many ways. For hundreds of years, they prospered and basked in the goddess's love. Then over time, Werewolves became disobedient and arrogant. Many did not want to have to settle for their destined mate, they wanted the option to choose who they took as a mate. Rejecting one's mate became a common practice, one that greatly displeased the goddess. With the help of her vessel, she proclaimed that rejecting your mate is a crime against her and should be punished henceforth. The elders fully agreed and rejecting one's mate soon became illegal, bringing about an end to the act. But one Werewolf male thought himself above the law. Because he was of royal blood, he felt the law shouldn't apply to him and he did the unthinkable. He not only rejected his beautiful and sweet mate Aubrielle, but he also imprisoned and tortured her. His crime came with a hefty price, one that was used as an example for generations to come. ************************ Though it is not necessary to read Secrets Of The Past before this one, It might be a good idea to do so since there are things in that book that will help understand some things in this one. ************************ Rated: Everyone.
