For the purposes of this story, we will assume that Sonic's World is in Universe 7, and that the events of the games take place all on that world. Humans do not exist there, and games like Sonic Adventure which includes humans are now replaced with mobians. Let's say that the humans from Sonic's world got transformed, so the mobians remembers who the humans are. Now, without further ado, let's do it to it!
