A boy from Hage is born magicless. He strives to become the wizard king but without magic his aspirations are never going to come true. No one believes in him but Asta keeps trying training his body to its fullest potential the day when his adopted brother, Yuno gets his grimoire it is robbed by an ex-magic knight. When Asta tries to retrieve it he is belittled. Until someone or something says "Asta. Use the force." Asta proceeds to use the force.
