Alexandra Moody's life is far from normal, as her father is the most paranoid man in the entire wizarding world. And from a young age, she is taught how to defend herself. Her father even teaches her how to become an unregistered animagus, earning her the nickname; Raven.

Her time at Hogwarts starts off pretty normal, until her third year when Harry Potter arrives. After that, Hogwarts becomes a much more dangerous place, with Voldemort attacking every other year.

To protect his daughter, Alastor decides to teach at Hogwarts, so that he can keep an eye on her. But as soon as term starts, Alex notices something is off with the way her father behaves around her. And she is the only one daring enough to find out what is going on, and why Alastor Moody is behaving so strangely.
