Naruto(fem)and hinata(male) broke up due to hinata(male) cheating on Naruto(fem) with sakura causing sakura and sasuke to break up Sasuke and Naruto(fem) moved in together as Naruto(fem) had not yet became hokage and couldn't afford to live where she lived with Hinata alone. so they moved in together to make it more affordable.
