This is the second collection of poetry expressing how my traumas, my physical, and my mental health have made me feel since I can remember. There is TRIGGERING content. I write about almost every feeling I've had since I started researching and realizing and remembering things that have happened to me. Be kind. Such poems are without rhythm and rhyme schemes, do not follow regular rhyme scheme rules, yet still provide artistic expression.
