After the death of Gabriel Agreste, life went on as if it was normal. Adrien of course returned home to Paris, Chloe is gone for good (maybe), and Paris' favorite couple Adrienette is finally happy with their lives and relationships

As the new school year rolls around, dark secrets and deeper problems arise. With the Butterly Miraculous still missing -and possibly in the hands of yet another villain- Marinette tries to live her double life even harder than before. Between being with Adrien, searching for the miraculous, and trying to ignore her suspicions of the new girl in her class, her life is even crazier than before.

As a darkness falls upon the city, it's up to the heroes of Paris to put an end to the evil once and for all. But as the final battle begins, Ladybug will soon have to decide what's more important: her identity or the lives of her friends
