This is a Avatar The Way of Water Modern AU fic. 

In this story we follow the The Sully family go through a beginning of a zombie apocalypse into a dystopian future where society has fallen and many are affected from a deadly fungal disease, Cordyceps, making the undead walk. 

Jake Sully must fight and defend his family from the undead and travel across the country to find a safe home for his family. 

On their journey they encounter different challenges and discover something truly amazing about one child. 

Facing death at every corner, no one is truly safe, and it's up to Jake and Neytiri to protect their children from this dystopian society.
