The Kindhearted Thomaz

Thomaz is a mafia member who uses his position as a university professor to mask his criminal activities. Despite his life in the organization, he has always been considered fair and even kind-hearted.
Thomaz bears the name of his beloved woman, the only one who ever touched his heart, tattooed on his chest. After Hannah, Thomaz gave up on love, dedicating himself to his position and profession as a professor.
His plans for solitude change when he meets Olivia, a young and beautiful student who is also highly intelligent. She lives in the company of her brother and guardian.
Olivia was born with a degenerative disease that gradually caused her to lose her sight. However, through great effort, she made it to college. Her dream is to do for other children what was once done for her.
Olivia doesn't trust men involved in the Mafia; she has experienced their cruelty and still hides from a cruel man who purchased her as a child.
Thomaz will have to learn to deal with prejudice and judgmental looks from his family in order to have a chance at a fresh start, while also trying to escape an unwanted agreement.
Olivia will have to show strength to stand by an important man both within and outside the Mafia. She will also need to learn to trust Thomaz in order to stay safe.
Together, they will overcome the wounds of the past and discover the path to happiness. It won't be easy, but the kind-hearted Thomaz won't give up on the second chance he has to love.
