Aboard the Astralaceae, Haledon's purpose was simple: to maintain the balance of nutrients that kept the bramble ship floating through space and seeding planets. Or it would have been if not for the sudden arrival of Druids from Earth and their delivery of a reality-altering truth: The Mecharrion stalk the abyss.

With the aid of Sparrow, a Primeval Druid of Earth and creator of the floral fleet of Astralaceaes, Haledon must bear the responsibility of preparing his peaceful ecosystem for war against a relentless, mechanical horror. Luckily, he won't be alone. With the help of his Guild-a motley crew of Druids, an Arbornaut and a Therianthrope-Haledon will learn the fundamental principles of Druidic Culture to become a Master of Succession. But the Guild will face challenges from Druids and the Mecharrion alike over their training.

In the distant future of the 28th century, mankind survived near extinction and made it into the wider galaxy, with almost no other sapient life in the milky way to stop humanity's expansion. Space was ripe for the pickings. Now mankind and the enigmatic Voidrians formed the U.S.S. The (United Solar systems Alliance). Before Mankind became the dominant force in the Milky way Earth was in shambles, natural resources were nearly depleted, disease was rampant and most of Earth's population was in poverty. Then by some miracle of discovery or a cruel cosmic joke; in the early 23rd century when all humanity could do was go out into space to search for a new home, a small planet that was black as the void around it was discovered, the humans who landed on the little planet had nearly lost all hope until they stumbled upon unknown ancient ruins beneath the planet's surface where they discovered untold amounts of bizarre advanced technology. Earth and humanity were saved. The little planet that was to thank for their salvation was named Umbra. Corporal Damien Kurosawa is a marine for the United. Solar. Systems. Alliance. his girlfriend, Alice, and he are hired to work aboard the famous transport ship that saved humanity, the U.S.S.A Umbra. But over the coming days, strange phenomena unleash out into mind-bending chaos that will push and break everyone's mental and physical limits the likes of which few humans ever experience or...survive.

Some, scientists looking to communicate or even experiment on the Irinaut race. Though it wasn't only the infection they had to worry about. Infected Irinaut were aggressive, and finding one without the sickness at this point was seeming out of reach with no hopes of communicating. That is, until now. A group of soldiers had been left with a task of transporting precious cargo. After several facilities being attacked by the estranged Irinaut, a young soldier known as Raven, finds herself curious to why this Irinaut is so important in finding. The being wasn't like other's any of them had seen. They wanted to know how it was possible in the world that was nothing but desert, and infection. 0-Sa was also alone, which was unusual for the species. The Irinaut became valuable quite quickly, having found no spore infection visibly on him. The team had one job, obtain and return the creature alive, but they would soon come to find out that the cargo would be more difficult to transport than they thought. So we ran and ran until we were backed right into a corner. The future has now become the present, and we can no longer run. So how does humanity respond, when it's very existence is threatened? Does it respond with words? With ideas and theories? But what if that doesn't work? Does it respond by blade? How will humanity take on its biggest enemy yet... itself.

I'm an artist with words, not book covers... Android Captain Lancieta Steegle, and an engineer from Earth named Mannie end up relying on each other for more than survival when a war is thrust onto the people of Earth. In a desperate attempt to deal some kind of blow to the Halgred, the Andromedian collective okayed a Shadow Operation to attack the Halgred Homeworld. The weapon was illegal, a bio-weapon designed to sterilize and weaken their almost otherworldly physiology. When this weapon is instead redirected to Earth by the Halgred King, Draconisis, those whom survive undergo a change. As they wake up, the people of Earth are greeted by horror of their new animalistic physiology, and for some, unimaginable abilities. The 20 or so surviving Androids of the once thousands-strong crew of the Dreadnought-Class battleship do their best to make amends and help the humans of Earth adjust to their new Bestial Planet and the even more dangerous intergalactic community. This story is "Complete" as in the last chapter was written and it's gone through about 3 re-writes and 4 rounds of editing since. Very few stories are ever finished, as we know, because there's always something we think can be or should be changed. However, I've learned that the best I can do is get it to the point where I feel comfortable with someone else reading it. Otherwise I'd never have posted anything anywhere.
