After finding out Clay has a severe and life threatening dairy allergy, he keeps getting more and more stomach aches and allergic symptoms to other foods to the point he is barely allowed to eat anything anymore. He is so sick of always feeling awful that not eating anything seems like the best way out... Sapnap went through a traumatic past and has always been ignored by his parents because his disabled brother, George, needs all the help he could get.
