Running away has never been an option for Davey, especially after his dad was laid off, forcing him and his brother Les to quit school and start working to support their family. But for Aydah Kelly and her brother Jack, running away was their biggest dream. Anything to get away from the awful grind of living in New York and working as Newsies on the streets of Manhattan. But when Aydah finds a reason to stay in New York, what will that mean for her and Jack's big plans? And what will it mean for the rest of the Newsie family?

I'm so excited to finally publish a Newsies Fan fiction! This account is an archive account at this point, besides this book and my Syd Watson book (which is active-ish) I first saw Newsies 2 years ago in Choir, in my Junior Year of High school. I've graduated now, but I still love Newsies just as much as I did then (actually more). I can't wait to share this story with this fandom, as I couldn't be more grateful to be a member of it 🥰
