Ghost just stayed there for a moment, his body pressed against hers as he closed his eyes and listening to the soft thudding of the rain.
It was peacefully quiet until Soap's voice rang through his earpiece, "Ghost, what's your status?"
Ghost let go of her soft locks, his hand no longer resting by his side, but instead easily lifting her body over his shoulder.
