An endless abyss, a bottomless void: that's what I am. Someone who just writes and lets the words flow out, someone who never, EVER, ends her stories, simply because of that: The End. Here's a collection of those short, incomplete stories, with abrupt endings and underdeveloped characters with beautiful flaws and calculated mistakes. These stories I pulled out of the abyss I filled up with works, poems, and cool dialogues I came up with in the middle of the night.

My Only Mistake
"I brought you here because I wanted to ask you something really important." He said and I smirked, knowing what he was going to ask me. "What is it?" He sighed and ran his hand through his hair again. "After last night, which was amazing, it got me thinking. What exactly are we?" The question that has been running through my mind ever since last night too. He sighed and held my hands in his,"Maddison, I like you, a lot. And I mean a lot. You're the most prettiest woman I've ever seen in my life, seriously. Both inside and outside. I want you, and only you. Shit, I'm bad at these things but, can you be my girlfriend?" ------------------------------ Lets start like this, Connor comes from a troubled past that soon turns out to be fading away as he moves to Missouri. After 2 years of living there, a new boy in town offers to be his friend. Connor hasn't had friends for his whole life so he saw this as an opportunity to get a real friend. Soon, Connor tries a lot of different things he hasn't tried and comes out excellent in all of them, but he makes enemies on the way. Their friend group expands and now there is 4 bestfriends in the group, but Connor only has feelings for 1. Will he mess up? But what will happen when his past starts following him everywhere he goes? What will happen when old feelings arise with just a glance at a dinner table? As we go through life, we meet people who leave pieces of themselves within us. They touch our hearts in ways we never expect, changing us little by little until we become someone different. Their footprints stay with us, reminding us that no matter how much we want to, we can never go back to the person we used to be. And then, there was him. We found each other at exactly the right time, as if our paths had always been meant to cross. Loving him came naturally, and in his arms, I found a place that finally felt like home. For a while, everything made sense. It felt like the universe had written our story long before we ever met. But even the most beautiful stories can fall apart. Without warning, the life we built together slowly slipped through our fingers. The dreams we held onto, the love we shared, and the future we imagined became fragile, breaking apart piece by piece until all that remained were memories. He was the one who taught me how to love. But standing here in the silence he left behind, I realized he had forgotten to teach me the hardest part...how to let him go. Some days, the weight of missing him is almost too much to bear. Still, I'd choose this pain over never having loved him at all, because every ache is proof that what we had was real.
