At the bridgerton's last ball, Penelope hears Colin, hidden behind a statue she hears his words.. These were fatal. She knew she could not stay the same. This story is how my version of Penelope changes herserlf, not physically but mentally. She is not all sweet and wants revenge. Colin cannot bears it, all of this is his fault, how can he even makes up for what he says ? Does he even knows that she knows ? In the middle of all this concern, Lord Fife emerges, will he save Penelope and brings her her happy ever after or will Colin puts a stop to this ?
