Roads broken due to floods in Manali, electricity and internet stopped

Heavy rains have thrown life out of gear in Himachal Pradesh. The same people are facing a lot of problems. Due to floods in Manali, Himachal, roads have been cut off, electricity and internet have stopped and tourists who came here to visit here are stuck and they are waiting for the help of the administration to return to their homes. A video of Manali has been taken by a drone, in which water is visible all around. Which is quite scary.
