During a mission in Japan, Reze, a Russian super soldier with a ridiculously powerful quirk, gets some unexpected news.  The secret government program that trained her from birth has been shut down because the people behind it being been arrested.  Reze, a young woman that has never known true freedom, now has it within her grasp.

How will she adapt to life in Japan, life in a hero saturated society, where she can try to leave her past behind her?
