Upon arrival he likes the house but there is something that just sort of feels off about it...such a nice house, in a nice area up for sale so quickly??? Is this house hiding a murderer or something??

Riki has never been good at maintaining relationships or at least that's what he has begun to believe. You would think that being born not necessarily mortal would give you plenty time to learn about how the world and the people in it work, but no.
