In a world where heroes and monsters exist side by side, James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes and Alara Miray Aydin find themselves drawn together by their shared pain and unique circumstances. Bucky, known as the Winter Soldier, is haunted by a dark past, his mind scarred by years of manipulation and violence.

Alara, on the other hand, carries the weight of a different kind of trauma, having lost multiple lovers throughout her long life due to her unique heritage as the daughter of Diana Prince, also known as Wonder Woman. And the only human being that she could rely on to when it comes to love is her 10 years old daughter, Lola Diane Aydin, even if it's a motherly love.

As fate would have it, Alara join forces with Sam Wilson, the Falcon; and Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier on a global mission to combat the Flag Smashers, an anti-patriotism group. The Flag Smashers, fueled by a recreation of the Super Soldier Serum, believe that the world was better during the Blip, a period of chaos and disruption following the return of those who disappeared during the Snap.
