Kana Lawson would do anything to forget her sophomore year, even if it means taking up a part-time job. Possessing a deep love for books, she applies to work in Cory's Book Store where she mets another part-timer, Richie Woods, melancholy, mysterious and a little bit cranky . They start off on the wrong foot making Kana hate him immediately.....or so she thinks. Realising they share more things in common than they are willing to confess, they develop a deep connection they thought was never possible. But clock is ticking and the summer is going to end sooner or later. Will it result in a terrible heartbreak for Kana or can she come out of it with her heart enact?
