'Harry was sure now. The shadow forms crept closer. They sneak from stall to stall. Still far away, but they were moving toward him. Eyes lit up in the darkness. And there was something else. Whispering voices were carried across the square by the wind. Human voices, but not quite. Harry's curiosity turned to fear. He had to get out of here, but wouldn't they come after him?'

He was back with the Dursleys the summer after Harry's fourth year. Everything was normal until one night he saw shadows moving in the market square. Frightened, he ran back to Privet Drive, only to come face to face with Draco Malfoy, who shouldn't have been there at all. Together they investigate the alleged behavioral manipulation of Draco's parents, the strange shadowy figures in town and why Muggles are increasingly behaving like rabid dogs.

This story is based on a story I read a while ago. I found the concept so fun and interesting that I wanted to incorporate it into the Harry Potter universe. Perhaps there are readers who recognize this story, but I hope that my contribution still makes it interesting to read.
