The Doctor found his mate, his Bonded, his Chosen, in the form of the best friend of who would become his companion. He found the one who makes him feel all warm and gooey on the inside and could make a stuttering mess on the outside. The problem being, he knows what she is. He knows that she is someone who senses sins, and she punishes them. He knows what he's done in the past and knows she would automatically know what he's done, but he can't help it. Adalyn Blaze is the woman who turns into a flaming skeleton who can kill people with a chain and the Doctor can't help but watch and admire.
