Y/n L/n and Ushijima Wakatoshi are star athletes at Shiratorizawa Academy, but Ushijima often steals the unspoken spotlight as all lingering looks gaze upon him due to his looks and status as a top ace in the nation. Despite being the fastest high school mid-distance female runner in the country and breaking records since middle school, Y/n remains overlooked. However, she couldn't give less of a rats ass as she lives on the phrase of "giving credit where credit's due" as her priorities are over pointless social biases.

Now training with the boys' track team after her incident at the InterHigh meet, Y/n finds herself intertwined with the boys volleyball team in a way; whom she likes to refer to as the "volley-boys," as they both train their endurance together once a week, adding to their already intense training schedule.
