Tommy has autism and undiagnosed ADHD, he has always struggled with making friends but after one day and one small change in his life he makes a friend, one that leads to many great things but it can't always be rainbows, there had to be some rain clouds.

Yes that story is about romance and stuff but not in this one, it's only platonic friends.
