"Time just gets away from us..."
That phrase is what drives Peter Parker nowadays. After all, he's retired from Spider-Man after all. He gave it up just after a few years in order to save his own mentality. He's married and his wife, Mary Jane, is expecting a child. Now there's a new hero in New York, his friend Gwen Stacy, the Ghost-Spider.
But something shakes the very ground that New York is upon and Peter can't quite put a finger on it. Assassins have begun to make their presence known and they're aiming their crosshairs on Peter, and they all work for a man called the Scarlet Killer. Eddie Brock has gone missing. A man named Quentin Beck working for AIM needs Peter to get a piece of AI technology for him. Harry Osborn has become addicted to drugs.

Yeah, I haven't written a story in a while, specifically a Spider-Man story. And I technically started this story a long time ago and I just wasn't into it. And then life happened and it sucked and was pretty rough. But I'm going to try and go full steam ahead and actually complete a story. I tackled Paradise Lost and Paradise Regained so I should be able to do this story without just abandoning it like I do most stories. I know a lot of you had been asking for this story and I kept putting it off because I just didn't know how I wanted to do it without just making a rushed story. I know y'all liked Marvel Knight, but there were some really rushed parts of it that I just wanted to get through the story and get it over with. Hopefully I can make this a worthy sequel that's not only a stand-alone story but is far better than what came before. Hope y'all enjoy, and God bless.

(book 1) y/n stark is really not here for this european school vacation because in this post-endgame world, she's mourning the loss of her dad. but one (1) sticky boi peter parker is just trying to be the friend he once was while also trying not to flirt too much because if she rejects him (which she wouldn't, not that he knows that) while they're in venice holy hell he'll just pitch himself off the gondola right then and there. basically, y/n has been distancing herself & peter misses her & this school trip is a great way for him to coax her back into the real world & y/n really loves peter but is super sensitive and scared to lose him & also mysterio shows up at some point ugh @ nick fury leave ned leeds alone *this story was written prior to avengers: infinity war & spider-man: far from home coming out. therefore, the canon in which these characters live in is different from the mcu. in this canon - tony stark, captain america, & thor have all died. black widow & vision have survived. the decimation, where half the population was snapped from existence was erased with time travel so those who were snapped came back within online minutes, leaving some residual trauma. in this canon, those who survived the decimation only lived six months without those who were snapped, but those six months have been erased - leaving only the avengers to fully remember what happened.Complete
When the rain falls
After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression. Second book in my Spider-Man saga. First of, I have THREE VERY IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: 1) This book does contain foul language. Allie is a sixteen-year-old high school student, after all. 2) I do use direct quotes from the movies Thor: Ragnarok, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame with slight tweaks here and there so they fit my narrative.
