Long ago, in a time before recorded history, the world existed in a state of chaos and turmoil. The boundaries between the physical and spiritual realms were indistinct, and powerful beings roamed freely, harnessing the universe's energy to perform extraordinary feats of magic and display awe-inspiring power. These beings, known as the "Elders," commanded fear and reverence from all who lived in their presence.

For centuries, the Elders governed the world, using their immense abilities to manipulate the forces of nature and bend reality itself. However, as time passed, the Elders grew old and feeble. Their powers diminished, and they foresaw a future where their abilities would be forgotten, and the world would descend into darkness and disorder. In a desperate attempt to preserve their legacy, the Elders channeled their remaining energy into the creation of a new world.

Through their mastery of magic, the Elders forged the world we now inhabit, imbuing it with the remnants of their fading power. This act laid the foundation for the magical forces that would shape this new realm. With the passing of the Elders into history, their legacy endured through the existence of individuals who could tap into these mystical energies.

These individuals came to be known as "Hunters," and they emerged as the shapers of the world we know today. The influence of the Elders did not cease with their departure, however. Some speculate that the Elders still linger, their power lingering in the world, waiting for the opportune moment to reclaim their dominion. The truth of their legacy remains a mystery, but their profound impact is evident through the presence of magic and its continued influence on those who possess it.

Soul of a Demon by MayhemDevine911

For ages beyond memory, the dragons ruled the Seven Realms. Their dominion brought long centuries of peace, though never without cost. Vast appetites drained the land: herds vanished, harvests withered, and sometimes even the people themselves became prey. At last, the realms united, driving the dragons back to their own realm. The portals between realms were sealed with unbreakable magic. Or so the victors believed. The Seven Realms are seven worlds, each occupying the same point in space but spinning in separate dimensions, each in its own universe. A rare, natural anomaly binds them together, like spokes meeting at a single hub. Through this pivot point, wormholes formed, and gates opened, allowing travelers to pass between realms with ease. From this woven cosmos comes the tale of the last dragon and the prophecy that would turn every gaze toward her as the only hope against the demons and their Horde. The Demons hunted the dragons trapped in their realm until only three remained. By cunning or miracle, they escape into another realm. Of these, one was small, but quick-witted. She alone evaded the fate of her companions. Now she flees through lands her kind once ruled, hunted as prey by a relentless predator. From the lips of the Oracle of the Great Wizard's Coven, the very circle that had exiled her kind, came the final prophecy. The words were spoken, then the Oracle mysteriously vanished. Can this meek creature thwart the will of the Demon Horde Master? And what doom awaits the realms if she fails?
The Iron Guardian (A Human x Anthro Superhero Story) by arm0da
5 parts Ongoing Mature
A 22-year-old human boy builds a suit of armor, testing it only to inadvertently cause himself to escape the Earth's atmosphere, drifting off into a deep cryonic sleep, after tens of thousands of days in this frozen state. Then, after what feels like a long time drifting in space, he wakes up, entering a planet, believing he is re-entering Earth's atmosphere. However, when he lands roughly on the dunes of a beach, he realizes that the world he has entered is not Earth at all, but a society filled with anthropomorphic beings. Thinking this might be the only thing that exists, he is soon confronted with an attack in their city, where they are saved by superheroes who happen to be anthropomorphic creatures with superpowers, adorned in costumes that symbolize themselves. It seems unbelievable that they are real. In my world back on Earth, they were fictional and mythical icons found in comic books, movies, and TV shows. After rescuing a superhero from an encounter with a monstrous reptile-like creature in the city, he retreats to the woods. He hides for about a year, living and trying to gather as much knowledge as he can about this new world and the superheroes it contains. He believes he is living an easy life, away from the foreign society. But after saving a school bus filled with anthropomorphic kids from a disastrous fall, ensuring they would not be left behind, he is discovered again. However, at his long-awaited hiding spot, he was in the woods. He was greeted by an anthropomorphic tiger who happened to be the director of the superhero protection agency (SPA) and offered him a place in it.

Imagine a realm where the boundaries between reality and fantasy blur-an enchanting world filled with towering, iridescent trees that glow under a silver moon. The sky, painted in shades of violet and teal, is streaked with shooting stars that carry whispers of ancient spells. Floating islands drift lazily, adorned with castles made of crystalline structures that pulse with an ethereal light. In this world, magic is as natural as the air itself. Creatures of all shapes and sizes roam freely-glimmering winged unicorns with manes that shimmer like stardust, and dragons whose scales change color with their emotions, their fiery breath painting the sky. Beneath the surface of serene lakes, water nymphs sing hauntingly beautiful melodies that can alter the flow of time. Mischievous sprites dart between the trees, their laughter ringing like tinkling bells, while wise, ancient beings known as the Eldertree Guardians watch over the land, their roots intertwined deep within the earth. The land is rich with magic, from enchanted forests where plants respond to the touch of a sorcerer, to vast deserts that shift with the power of long-forgotten incantations. Mysterious ruins lie hidden among the rocks, holding untold secrets of powerful spells and lost civilizations. The magic here is wild and untamed, but it's also governed by ancient laws, with each magical creature and spell in delicate balance. Adventurers from distant realms come to explore, seek knowledge, or challenge the forces of nature in grand, high-stakes magical duels. It's a world of wonder, danger, and untold potential-a place where anything is possible, if you have the power to make it so
Welcome to Asteria by Untouched16

Now then. You're probably wondering what this place is? To answer that, we must go to the past. 4.5 billion years in the future from our current time, Earth's sun began to expand from burning up all its fuel. Humanity, having managed to get their act together and advance space travel, avoided their extinction and evacuated the planet, feeling their solar system out unto the stars. Many years passed by in stasis and in future generations. Eventually, humanity found themselves a new home. But alas, nothing worth having is easy to keep. Extradimensional entities known as Developers, named as such due to them being the closest biological thing you could get to a genuine god, appeared in humanity's new home. With their metaphysical, reality warping abilities, they changed the world over. Combining the new planet with 3 others in such a manner that multiple dimensions and timeliness were rolled into one like a bunch of star bursts that were pressed and twisted together before being shaped into a ball. Thus, it resulted in the reality bending world named Asteria! Strap in ladies and gentlemen, this is gonna get crazy. (Author's note: There are many references to other, more familiar games, movies, books, and others. This includes character names and back stories, weapons, character abilities, and even in universe power system mechanics that resemble or are inspired by other media. Every single one of these references, allusions, and inspired aspects reserve any and all rights to the original owners. The only things that I own here are the general lore of the world.) (I will also say this is a narrative story adapted from a TTRPG campaign that I am currently running with a system I made. Players may come and go as they please, which will result in characters disappearing from the rest of the story. I'll do my best to adapt to these occurances, but chapters may have length delays between them.) (Additionally, this story will take second place on my priority list.)

Dragons at Hogwarts by ajkal2

The Elder Dragons are an old race, as old as the magic that permeates this world. They are the oldest of races and in the times of fire and lava at the formation of this world, they were there, and they developed hard scales, harder than diamond, and wings to fly above the fire and death in the burning world below. Then the fire went and the lava cooled, and the Earth was still. And the Elders remained. The ice spread from the north, coating the Earth in frost, and the Elders developed fire as a way to remind themselves of their beginnings and keep warm on the merciless ice. Then, as the seasons of the earth changed and the humans came from the trees and built on the land, the Elders developed their ability to change into these new creatures and back into their true selves at will. Some split off at this point, becoming dumber and cruder, and lost the title of Elder. As the humans became smarter and were able to wield the magic of this world, the Darkest of all, the darkness without a name, came unto this world, and the Elders met their match. In the first time in millennia the Elder Dragons were afraid. They were driven to near extinction, until they retreated from this earth, and flew away, lost, leaving their cousins, the dragons, behind. But one remains. She doesn't know the secrets of her race, the secrets of the world she finds herself in. All she knows is that she is different. -------------------------------------------------- Harry Potter based fanfic introducing a new character (her POV) from book 3 and seeing where it takes the story. Incomplete. Sporadic updates (sorry) Bit of humor, bit of drama, no romance so far. Thanks for reading this :)
