Transformers: Left Behind

Imagine there was a truce between the Autobots and Decepticons. Imagine it didn't last very long...
Now imagine Wall-E, but on the other side of the world, and on the other ships of The Axiom Fleet. Now take all the robots on those other ships, and replace them with transformers. Now forget everything about Wall-E, except for the basic over all setting and scenario.

Now say Wall-E was NOT the only one left on Earth, and in the sudden rush to get off of the planet, someone else was left behind....
