Sonic is born sickly/Terminally ill in this AU, doctors can't exactly figure out why. He's perceived as weak by everybody around him and becomes a regular target for all kinds of harassment at his high school and in his own household. He somehow discovers that he's developed super speed that doesn't take up a lot of the little energy he has and uses it to his advantage, and it eventually changes him.
(I never know how to put covers on my stories that don't look cringe, so please remember that even if the covers of the stories are sorta goofy, I take the stories SERIOUSLY, don't be fooled by the cover.)
(I'm somewhat new to fanfic, but I'm not 100% ass at it, so please shed mercy and don't verbally cut me into pieces in the comments)

After a long fight, he eventually takes her back to his main base, where she is subjected to 4 years of torment and experimentation. (This all takes place on Mobius in an alternate timeline, if they had never went to Earth.) Well, this is a Sonic story but I'm making it from an AU of my own non-Wattpad novel called The Rainbow Awakening, which was formerly this novel. I've published this since January and I have only four reads so I thought, why not spice things up?
