This story is set during the middle of 2020 after Mahi's retirement. For the stories sake let's assume there is no COVID-19.
Here The entire ICT alongwith Dada is travelling to South Africa for test and ODI series. Mahi is in Jammu and Kashmir for some army business. There some people hurt Dada but he hides it from everyone.
But somehow ICT comes to know about it and so does Mahi. How do they react?

The mahirat story
My first try on ICT. I cherish the bond between the team. And the bond I am deeply madly in love with is my "❤️Mahirat❤". God knows how and when I started loving them so much but finally managed to pen down something for them. Before you read it I would like to confess that the love shown in the book is real but rest is purely my imagination. So don't bother comparing it to the real time, date and situation. English is not my first language so the book will be in Hinglish (Hindi+English). Even though this is not my first book, but definitely a first attempt on ICT. So dawn goes down to day. Nothing gold can stay. Responsibility makes you and it can also break you. At times it can chip away at you till little remains of the initial zeal you had started with. And so it happened with Virat. Virat Kohli couldn't have been happier when Rahul was named in the squad for the CWC 2019. It was past time that the player came back to the Team; to his second family.
