The Welsh Sunshine:Issei Za One(DxD)

Issei Hyoudou quite possibly the weakest Red Dragon Emperor in history. Since the day he became a devil the students of his school hated his guts for getting close with the two Onee-San's of Kuoh. Issei really was never good at anything and his reputation as a pervert ruined Rias's own reputation so the Occult Research Club(except one) were incredibly harsh with him looking at him always with disdainful looks. Rias regrets the fact she ever reincarnated him. Then there was Rias's fiancee Thomas Phenex. The generation's current Shadow Dragon Emperor holding the Evil Dragon Azi Dahaka, strongest young devil and future Maou he was loved by all in Kuoh and the Underworld. During the death of Asia, Thomas saves Raynare as Issei was about to kill her and commented saying it was Issei's fault for Asia dying. From that day onwards Issei awakened the power that was given to him by a beloved figure from the past Issei knew.

"You say I'm weak? Who decided that?"

"You say I can't defeat you? Who decided that?!"
