A boy with the power of a King is born into a world filled with powers from science and magic. To reach his goal he must overcome the many obstacles in his way. What is his goal you might ask? To get a perfect ending where everyone is smiling, not only for him but for the people he loves. With his power, he will make sure to get that ending even if his own misfortunes try to get in the way.

Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy.
