My father laid his face on his knuckles as he let my poor excuse for an older brother continue. "What do you propose should be done, Keryth?" He asks with a quirked eyebrow. My head turns slightly making some of my dark brown hair fall off of my shoulder as I narrow my eyes at my brother who speaks. "I propose, that a new objective will be made. One that doesn't require our scouts to kill this," he raises his hands showing only two fingers on each as he bends them. "Monster." The whole throne room begins to murmur their own questions and thoughts about this new plan. Father motions his hand for his first born to continue. "I suggest that you put my dear little brother," Keryth walks over to me throwing his arm over my shoulder causing me to stumble forwards. "And his little bundle of misfits," he jokes while wiggling his left hand over to where Usamea and Loir stood on the sides of the room. "On a mission to capture Scourge," he pauses before looking back up at his father. "Alive." That's when the all hell broke loose. {'''*********************************************'''} His eyes look at me with sadness but his face held rage in them as he lets me continue. "Do you think I wanted to kill all those people? Do you think I asked for any of this? For crying out loud, I don't even remember my life before I became Scourge!" I yell at him, my right iris flares brightly before fading away as I look up into his amber eyes. The room fills with tension and silence before gently reaching out and grabbing ahold of my right forearm, caressing it with his thumb. "Let me help you..." {**********************************************} Enter into a world filled with major angst, hatred, love, and gore. Where the Scourge is met with the truth behind her true life and how she ended up as the most nutritious, feared, yet misunderstood assassin in Sakann. *WARNING: CONTAINS VIOLENT SCENES* ALL RIGHTS RESERVED MIGHT BE SLOW UPDATES SINCE IM A PROCRASTINATOR

'"I cannot feel this way. You clearly don't feel-" "I do though." He interrupts me. I finally look up to meet his eyes. It holds so much sadness. "Believe it or not but it hurts me every time I see tears in your eyes." His hands reach for my face, one more time and gently wipes the tears off my face. No matter what, the tears keep flowing down. "Please don't cry." He whispers. "You have someone out there just for you. Waiting for you." I whisper softly. A sad smile forms on my face that is now saltier than the ocean bed itself. I try to tug his hand off my face, but his hold is firm. He leans his head down and places it against mine. "I know." His whisper equally soft. "You need to let go. Just as I am." I close my eyes and take in the breeze of ocean that surrounds him and now me.
