Why is it that we can talk about the feelings we've never had as if we have?

Or, rather, why does it seem like everybody has felt everything, but I continue to feel nothing at all? Every day I try harder to become visible once more, but my efforts are gone unseen. I feel as if I am transparent, or 2D. Nothing but a papercut in the land of steel skin.

Weather what we read is mere fiction or prideful history, Depression is a real thing that damages and sets back real people on a daily basis.

Weather you believe it to be fake or a controllable emotion, the reality that you are inherently wrong will still be there. People will continue to die because they aren't well. And you ignoring it won't make it go away.

This is a story about you, if it applies, and somebody in your life if it does not. Depression is an invisible killer that can be caught if you lock away your ignorance and swallow your pride.
