How does she know? Her dad is an agent/ manager, and a very good one so he always gets the best talent. And they come over to her house- a lot. One Direction, Justin Bieber, Five Seconds of Summer, The Vamps, and now Jake Ayers. But Jake wasn't going to stay for 4-5 hours then just go to a house he rented. No. He was staying for a year at her house, since he lives in New York and Abigail and her father lives in LA. (and for some unknown reason, can't pay for a house of his own...)
